Shipping & Delivery Policy

Wholesale Pallet Loads is committed to delivering customer orders safely
and efficiently. This policy explains our order processing, shipping, and
delivery procedures.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States and to selected international
destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, and Mexico.

Shipping availability may depend on the product, order size, destination,
and freight-carrier coverage. Customers must provide a complete and
accurate delivery address when placing an order.

2. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days
after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the
next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after an order has been dispatched are:

  • United States: 1–6 business days
  • Canada, the United Kingdom, and Mexico:
    1–8 business days
  • Other international destinations:
    1–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination,
carrier availability, customs clearance, weather, holidays, freight
schedules, and other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order size, weight,
destination, and selected delivery method.

The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout or
communicated to the customer before the order is dispatched.

5. Freight and Pallet Deliveries

Large or palletized orders may be delivered by a freight carrier. Freight
deliveries may require a scheduled delivery appointment and an adult to be
present to receive the shipment.

Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, limited-access
locations, inside delivery, liftgate service, address changes, or missed
delivery appointments.

6. Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is
accessible to the carrier and suitable for receiving the shipment.

Unless otherwise agreed, freight deliveries may be made to the curbside,
loading dock, or nearest accessible delivery point.

7. Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email
address or phone number provided with the order.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the shipment has
been collected by the carrier.

8. Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect all shipments before signing the delivery
receipt.

Any visible damage, missing items, or signs of tampering should be noted
on the carrier’s delivery receipt and photographed before accepting the
shipment.

9. Delayed, Lost, or Undeliverable Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us so
that we can work with the carrier to investigate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs
clearance, carrier disruptions, severe weather, natural disasters, or
other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address, refused
delivery, or missed delivery appointment may be charged to the customer.
