At Wholesale Pallet Loads, we sell liquidation pallets, wholesale lots, truckloads, and mixed resale inventory. Because liquidation merchandise is sold differently from regular retail products, please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
By purchasing from Wholesale Pallet Loads, you understand that liquidation pallets may include a mix of customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock items, closeouts, damaged-box items, open-box items, untested items, and other surplus merchandise. These products are intended for resale, repair, parts, personal use, or liquidation purposes and may vary in condition.
30-Day Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or return approval.
To be eligible for a return, the pallet, lot, or merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Items must not be sorted, removed, used, altered, repaired, resold, or repackaged. The pallet or lot must remain complete and include all merchandise that was originally received.
Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, inability to resell the merchandise, dissatisfaction with resale value, or because individual items inside a pallet are not in new retail condition.
Liquidation Pallet Condition Disclaimer
All liquidation pallets and wholesale lots are sold as mixed-condition merchandise unless specifically stated otherwise in writing. Product conditions may vary from pallet to pallet and may include new, open-box, used, customer-returned, damaged, incomplete, untested, or salvage-condition items.
Photos, product descriptions, category names, estimated counts, and example items are provided to help customers understand the general type of merchandise being sold. They do not guarantee that every item shown or described will be included unless clearly stated in the product listing or invoice.
Manifests, item counts, retail values, brands, and estimated resale values may be approximate. Because liquidation inventory comes from returns, overstock, closeouts, and surplus channels, we do not guarantee profit, resale results, product functionality, completeness, or retail-ready condition of every item inside a pallet.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items and purchases are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened, sorted, or partially resold pallets

Individual items removed from a pallet or lot

Items that have been used, repaired, altered, cleaned, or repackaged

Pallets purchased as salvage, untested, damaged, or “as-is”

Clearance, final sale, special order, or discounted liquidation lots

Truckload or bulk wholesale orders unless approved in writing

Items damaged after delivery due to handling, storage, transport, or customer unloading

Any pallet or lot returned incomplete or missing merchandise
Because our inventory is sold in bulk, we do not accept returns of single items from inside a pallet. Any approved return must include the complete pallet or wholesale lot.
Eligible Refund or Return Situations
A refund, exchange, store credit, or return review may be considered only in limited cases, including:

You received the wrong pallet or wrong order

The order was materially different from the product description

The pallet was damaged during shipping and properly documented at delivery

There was a major fulfillment error caused by Wholesale Pallet Loads
All claims are reviewed case by case. Approval is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to request photos, videos, delivery paperwork, carrier documentation, order details, and any other information needed to review the claim.
Shipping Damage Claims
Please inspect your shipment before signing the delivery paperwork. If your pallet arrives damaged, crushed, missing shrink wrap, missing items, or visibly tampered with, you must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.
We strongly recommend taking clear photos and videos of the pallet before unloading, during unloading, and after delivery. This helps support any possible freight damage claim.
If shipping damage is not documented at the time of delivery, we may not be able to approve a refund, replacement, or freight claim.
Shipping damage claims must be reported to us as soon as possible by emailing info@wholesalepalletloads.com with your order number, photos, videos, and a description of the issue.
Refund Process
Once your return request or claim is received, we will review the information provided. We may contact you for additional details, photos, videos, or shipping documents.
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:

Refund to the original payment method

Partial refund

Store credit

Exchange for a similar pallet or lot, when available

Assistance with a freight damage claim
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment processor to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our fulfillment error. Return shipping or freight costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise approved in writing.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund appears.

Exchanges
We only replace or exchange pallets if the wrong order was shipped, the order was materially misrepresented, or there was an approved issue with the shipment.
Because liquidation inventory changes frequently, we cannot guarantee that the same pallet, category, brand mix, or merchandise type will be available for exchange.
To request an exchange review, contact us at info@wholesalepalletloads.com with your order number, photos, and a clear explanation of the issue.
Return Shipping
To request a return, you must contact us first at info@wholesalepalletloads.com. Do not ship any merchandise back without written return approval.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused and may not qualify for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping or freight costs unless the return is due to an approved error by Wholesale Pallet Loads. We recommend using a trackable shipping or freight service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns.
We are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or refused during return shipment.
Important Notice for Resellers
Wholesale Pallet Loads does not guarantee resale profits, retail value recovery, platform approval, marketplace performance, sell-through speed, or item-level condition. Buyers are responsible for inspecting, testing, pricing, repairing, listing, and reselling merchandise at their own discretion.
Liquidation pallets are best suited for experienced buyers who understand the risks and opportunities of wholesale and surplus inventory.
